    Be aware of the parking, visited one of the businesses there and got a £100 parking fine, didn't see anything about having to pay but the ANPR gets you as soon as you go over the speed hump...

    Parking system is appaling. If you have no signal or mobile you cant pay for parking! Even if you do you cant tap your phone anywhere to pay! The website doesnt let you use stored card numbers either. So forget trying to use google pay apple pay samsung pay. 20 minutes it took and i had to use a clients credit card to pay for parking! Put me in such an embrassing position. Im not allowed to carry cards while working due to companies security policy.

    Avoid!!! Parking fine for just dropping by one of the businesses to pick up order! It will cost £100 just to visit as a customer of any business here. Don't even go over the speed hump on the entrance - there are ANPR cameras trained on it to issue tickets
