I took my Mum here for her annual Diabetic Eye Screening appointment. The Staff were friendly and efficient and the appointment was very well organised and satisfactory. Unfortunately, the parking and lack of useful signage was disappointing. A sign on the outside of the building would have been useful, as we weren't entirely sure where to go or where to park. We parked in front of the building (so that I could go in and enquire) in what we thought was a disabled parking space but turned out to be an electric charging point, fortunately not in use. We had to make a hasty decision as there was a large lorry in front of us trying to turn round in a small space, so we didn't have the opportunity to look around.

It's OK, although a payment to park has been introduced. Apparently you have up to an hour before you have to pay. If this gets reduced then I will not return to Basepoint and will take my custom elsewhere.
