Basement Pumps have maintained 40 separate pumps across 8 residential houses in Clapham for 3 years now. We moved from our previous supplier (PPS) and have never looked back. Basement pumps offer a personal, responsive and effective service. Maintenance teams attend on time and work quickly. Engineers handling out of hours issues really do turn up at all hours. Can't recommend this company highly enough

After trying to unblock a main drain that was causing serious floods for our client, we could not drop the water level as a big build up of debris was stopping us from doing so, I called around several companies throughout the morning to just be messed around, as soon as I called basement pumps ltd they was out within an hour and over the past few months I’ve used them several times and they always come out to site within 2 hours sometimes within an hour, excellent service and very professional, friendly office and guys on the road always happy to help out and lend a hand to help get the job at hand done, I will continue to use this company as they are honest and straight to the point, with the eta’s always on time and rates really good, they have all machines for all different problems. Thanks for your help over these past few months appreciated.
