Now it's finished it's absolutely lovely, the products and materials chosen, the way it's all fitted together have made us very happy. Gary Smith, our bathroom fitter, was once again brilliant at making the room feel so much different. Highly recommend the service from BASCS.

Went to a number of different places to seek out a new en suite and finally settled here due to the quality of products in the showroom. James was helpful throughout the process and, although there were a few issues that meant getting replacement parts, the whole process from initial visit to completion was still done a lot quicker than we expected. The quality is first-rate but our new shower and surround, in particular, is a pleasure to use and it's good to have some much-needed storage in that room. Hats off to Pete Coe (plumber) for project-managing the whole thing and Mick Warwick (sparky) for the laughs.
