Nichi is such a talented teacher and adapts the poses to suit all levels, the retreats are great as this gives opportunity to escape be it for a day/weekend, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature and explore various levels of self care, as we are all worth it!!!

Fantastic yoga classes and workshops in an amazing space in Leeds but also fun day retreats. Nichi is a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher but adapts for all levels of students abilities. Yogaspace online gives fab 24/7 access for any type of yoga you may fancy doing for the price of a class a month.

Thank you to Nichi for a wonderful yoga and Yamuna ball rolling retreat. For me, there was the right balance of yoga, Yamuna ball rolling and guided relaxation. The venue was perfect and it had a good feeling. It was great to eat lunch in the garden outside the yoga studio surrounded by beautiful views and bird song. Talking of lunch, it was very tasty and there was lots of it! And I have a good appetite, so that's saying something! Additionally, at lunchtime there was plenty of time to mix and mingle and I met some great people. Starting and ending the day with a guided relaxation was perfect. As a beginner to yoga, I enjoyed the yoga practice; it had the right level of challenge for me. I particularly enjoyed the Yamuna ball rolling. It was great to devote a lot of time to it as I found it an extremely pleasurable thing to do. My body thanked me for it! I have sore and tight back muscles and by the end of the day, they were loose and pain-free. I would recommend this retreat to anyone and I am looking forwards to the next one.

We attended one of Nichi's yoga retreat weekends at Runswick Bay. Although we had both attended yoga sessions on and off throughout our lives, it was a first extended yoga experience for both of us (myself and a female friend, both in our early 60s). We both thought it was great fun, and a very relaxing break. The area is beautiful, as was the house we stayed in, and we were very lucky (in March) to have warm, sunny weather. Nichi is an excellent host and a talented teacher. She cooks a communal meal on Friday and Saturday evening, and leads highly inclusive yoga sessions. My physical flexibility and yoga skills are now very modest due to age/ mild arthritis, but I still got a lot out of it, and from what I observed, so did those who were younger/ more advanced in their yoga practice. Meditation sitting on the sea wall in the sunshine with the background noise of the waves and sea birds was a high point. There was also a lot of free time to explore the beautiful coastal area/ take a trip to Whitby or Staithes for a meal or shopping trip. But equally, if guests want to stay within the village, there's a nice pub with a great lunch menu. My friend and I are both keen to return next year, and hopefully bring our (adult) daughters with us. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a fabulous weekend in Runswick Bay and as ever Nichi had everything organised. We stayed in delightful accommodation and enjoyed both the yoga and meeting new friends in the most beautiful surroundings. We can't wait for the next retreat.

Been going to the Yoga Space for years, I'm a 54 bloke, yoga keeps me feeling young. The teachers are all very good, and cater for novices as well as advanced yogis. Reasonable prices for the classes, especially if you buy blocks. What are you waiting for? You don't need your own mat as they will provide you with one. Go there...now!
