My cat was a very poorly girl and is now on a programme which has eradicated suffering and will ensure comfort and much better health. Fees were carefully explained to me and choices offered so I could make a well informed decision. Thank you for your gentle thoughtfulness and kind handling of an ailing cat and emotional owner. It’s a bonus for me that the practice is affiliated to an out of hours / overnight service which I needed to use. Most of all the vets genuinely like animals hence their empathy and chosen profession.

we've been to many vets in the past and Barton is by far the best. pedro and the nurses take lots of time and care of my 16yr old doggo to make sure she feels safe and never treats her as an object in a factory line. we will never go anywhere else - thank you!

A good vet but very expensive. We spent a fortune on what was only a stomach complaint. When I questioned the receptionist was very nice but the management were not interested. After 10+ years we have moved vet.

I had to put my poor cat down here a few weeks ago. It was really traumatic and heartbreaking, but everyone here was so nice. I just wanted to say thank you so so much, for being so lovely and supportive. That was a really horrible day for me and you were all so nice. The two ladies (Sorry I don't remember any names from that day) who were in the room when it happened, were just so amazing. Also, Judith, who helped with the insurance claim.
