Our dog Neo stayed for his first weekend away from us. Neil and his staff team are amazing. Received regular video updates in which i could see how happy Neo was socialising with other dogs in the beautiful secure gardens and woods. Our Labrador, Lottie has just come home after having an amazing holiday at Barton Lodge. We received videos of her having the time of her life with the other guests which was so lovely to see. She has come home tired and very happy. I’m so glad we’ve found somewhere for her to have a holiday too when she is unable to come with us!

Such wonderful staff and facilities. My little cockapoo settled in so well; in the daily videos sent she looked like she was having a blast socialising with other dogs. And it was nice and reassuring to see clips of her too. I wouldn’t hesitant in sending her again and highly recommend Barton Lodge to others too! Thanks again :-)

Otto has now stayed with Neil and the team half a dozen times over the last 5 years. The team know him and make sure sure he is well looked after. The location and Barton lodge are perfect - it’s fab to see him running with all the other guests around the grounds and having a sniff fest!! The regular what’s app updates are brilliant and really highlights the way the team care for your family member! We really appreciate the patience the team have and the genuine care they show. The suites are fab and really give a home from home feel, they even have their own TV!! Back soon!!

Leaving our dachshund for the first time was really daunting so finding the right place to look after him whilst on holiday was so important! We booked immediately after looking round the place, it’s so luxurious and truly a credit to Neil and the team. We dropped Henry off and were kept up to date with lovely photos and videos during his stay which really put our minds at ease that he was being so well cared for. When we went to pick him up, he absolutely refused to leave and we had to pick him up and put him in the car as he genuinely wanted to stay! Such a special place, Henry is already counting down the days to his next stay!

Kitzi has just come home from her first stay alongside her cousin Bailey and she’s so fantastic , confidant and full of energy. As an older dog she hasn’t been left in kennels since a pup and Neil and his fabulous team really looked after her. This is not a normal dog stay , it is a hotel for dogs , they are off lead , able to mix together in the pack and enjoy being dogs. The videos that Neil and his team send whilst you are away are so reassuring and wonderful to watch . I couldn’t recommend Neil and his team highly enough , Thankyou so much !

Excellent. The perfect place for your dog to go on holiday when you go on holiday. We left our English Bulldog Wilma with Neil and just knew that this amazing place was gonna be good for her. Immediately on entry to the premises, Wilma was off lead and allowed to get familiar with her new surroundings. The grounds are secure with 24 hour surveillance and consist of large play areas and private woodland walks. The rooms are 5* hotel rooms for dogs with a chandelier, laminate flooring, a large, comfy memory foam framed bed and tv with Netflix. The rooms also have a surveillance camera connected to Neil’s phone to keep a check when they are not out and about. And the thing that i really liked was that all of the residents were allowed to mingle as a pack which is a natural thing for dogs to do. We could go away knowing that Wilma was in safe, professional hands. Neil and his team do a fantastic job.
