Fine but overpriced. Some of the staff are lovely and on the ball but a lot are dozey. Had been offered some months off free when signing up in person, which they then rescinded on when it finally came to those months. They refused to give a refund even though several other members were offered the same incentive to join. Extremely poor customer service on this behalf. Gym is small, old but useable. Pool is small but the lifeguard is a great guy. Very overpriced for what it is. £30 a month is for a good gym and pool, which this is not. Still, if you want to spend more money than it's worth for location or convenience, it does the job.
