Just returned from a wonderful trip to the Maldives, of which Alex was a big part of as she helped to plan my proposal evening. Alex was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure both myself and the resort had the most up to date information on the proposal, down to the flowers, the food, location etc. Alex made the whole experience so seamless for me and I couldn’t recommend her or this travel agency enough!

Booked our last 2 holidays with the ladies at Barton knott. Or 1st to Gran Canaria and was all very smooth from start to finish thanks to Terri. And our second booking for our honeymoon to Mauritius again the ladies went above and beyond to make the booking so easy and a pleasant experience thanks to Alex. We booked a Jet2holiday for half term. The lady who helped was called Terri. I spoke to her before about holidays in the Costa Del sol but we couldn't go as one of the group's passport had run out. We resolved this and returned to book a holiday. Terri was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her to show various options for our destination.
