If you are a landlord looking to rent out a decent property do not bother with this estate agents. They will literally move any old riff raff into the house. They promise to keep up with regular checks, then this is NOT done! I have had nothing but trouble with unpaid bills and complaints. This is not communicated back to the tenants when emails are sent and letters are passed on. They have even made extremely untrue accusations when I have the email chain as evidence to support an ongoing matter. I will be seeking legal advice and taking this further regarding certain matters! STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
