Have now attended twice during listed opening hours to collect repaired item only to find shop locked and no response to phone call. Have now left 2 voicemails and received no returned call. Cannot recommend as listed opening hours not good to start with. Most of us are still at work when shuts at 4pm, but do not even honour listed hours.

Avoid at all costs. I took my oven in for a simple repair to the door. They gave it back to me with more damage to the oven and still not fixed. I have them a chance to put it right but after that it came back with even more damage, unusable, as they couldn’t get it back together. Completely ignored my calls, emails, letters and wouldn’t participate in small claims court mediation. Thankfully the judge at small claims court agreed with me and has ordered them to pay damages plus my court fees. Time will tell if they do or if the bailiffs have to be sent….. At best they are completely incompetent with poor customer service skills, at worst they are a bunch of cowboys who know exactly what they’re doing and rip people off. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. Service: Oven repair

Sad to have to write a negative review, but I ordered some coffee machine water filters from Bartyspares. They arrived very promptly but in spite of being advertised on the website as fitting my specific machine they would not work. I’ve sent two emails and completed the online form on the company website over the last three weeks asking for advice, but had no replies at all. I’m left out of pocket and with two useless filters.
