Door mechanism had failed leaving the key stuck in the lock. Ramlin arrived the same day after I called and changed the lock mechanism. He then adjusted the door so it stopped catching on the frame without me asking. He was very tidy, friendly and polite. He priced the work before commencement and was reasonable with his fees. Will use again.
