We had an amazing experience at Bartley Studios. Our daughter won a voucher through a drawing competition, and it gave us the excuse to finally book in for a family photoshoot, something we had been meaning to do since moving into our new home. The team we met were all so lovely, friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. They created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, where we felt at ease and actually had a lot of fun as a family. Debby the receptionist was warm, friendly and attentive which immediately eradicates any on the day nerves. Our photographer Katie was very professional and went out of her way to fully prepare us for our shoot. Katie managed to capture some absolutely stunning pictures of our daughter and some fabulous family prints for us to choose from. Chris met with us for our review session and spent a lot of time helping, advising and guiding us to create several portraits and a collage. He gave us some great ideas on frames, sizes and colours that would work well with our house. We can't wait to collect our family photographs. We would highly recommend the Bartley Studios team and will be returning to capture any future occasions.

Really good experience. Katie who did our photoshoot was amazing. We took our 7 year old, 6 month old, and our 18 month old puppy, Katie, managed to keep them entertained and keep their attention the whole time, resulting in really natural pictures. My partner and I are not really into having photos done, but she made us feel so relaxed with it all. Wonderful experience. Been back today and met with Jake to go through all the photos, and they did not disappoint. Katie had done a brilliant job at capturing such beautiful natural photos individually and as a family. Jake took the time and talked us through all our options, showed us all the pictures several times we never felt rushed. He suggested a few different options and helped us narrow down our amazing pictures. Absolutely wonderful experience can't recommend this place enough.

Second experience at Bartleys having gone for the “then and now” offer, 4 years later from our first shoot and Katie 📸 managed to get some amazing photographs of our family. Two crazy kids running round and Katie was so nice and patient throughout the shoot. Thank you so much for getting their character and personalities. We got a complimentary voucher to use at Bartley Portrait Studios as part of a package we purchased at the Baby Store Warrington. A newborn photoshoot is not something we would have originally considered, but felt it would be a shame to waste such a generous discount. The team at Bartley Portrait Studios were absolutely fantastic! During such a chaotic time for us in the first week of being new parents, they were so lovely and we didn’t feel inconvenienced by their correspondence whatsoever. They made us feel excited and at ease for our visit. Jake was our photographer, who contacted us beforehand to discuss ideas of how we could personalise our shoot which we really appreciated as we felt we hadn't had time to think about anything other than our newborn bubble! We want to say a huge thank you to Jake who made us feel so relaxed on the day, and was so patient with our cranky newborn! We were also not prepared for how emotional it would be going back to the Studio to view the finished photos! We loved every single photo and it was very hard to narrow down our favourites! Jake was so helpful in helping us select some images and frames to suit out our lounge wall. We cannot wait to receive our frames and share them with all our family and friends! Thank you all again, and especially Jake, for giving us some gorgeous memories as a family of three.

Never done a photo shoot before so no idea what to expect. The staff at the studio were so lovely and welcoming. We had a dog photo shoot. Luci was a bit nervous at first but Katie just let her wander round have a sniff gave her a treat they were best friends then. Luci was really good and well behaved. Katie captured some really great shots of luci that really brought out her personality. When we went to view the phots Chris who showed us them was really nice n funny put together a great set of shots. I look forward to the finished results something I will always cherish.
