I have the used for general check up and blood test so far and it has been superb so far. Booking appointment has been easy for, even getting same day appointments. You do end up on call que( was on call number 22 this morning!) but still managed to get same day appointment. When I read all the negative reviews here I was worried registering with this GP but has been great so far.

I just rang up at exactly 9am to get a same day appointment for my elderly mother, I was number three in the queue. After a short time it said I was number two in the queue........then the phone was put down on me before anyone answered.......I rang straight back and now I'm number thirty in the queue....i am waiting again.....knowing there's no way I'm going to get an appointment for my mum today now......this is extremely unfair.

Always been able to get an appointment. Even when you phone on a Monday morning and your 25th in the queue. Lovely doctors, always understanding and empathetic to whatever the problem is. Thorough with children. No complaints.

Went to the GP over week ago to pay for a vital letter to be sent. No progress was made to date over a week later. We do not know how they operate on the admin side but this is not good enough. To be fair they are quick with getting hospital appts set up.

This surgery is useless , been a patient for 6 years . It has got worse with every improvement they bring in ,can never get an appointment waited nearly an hour on phone today from opening to make appointment. Same everytime you ring either appointments gone or on hold for over half hour .No help from receptionists on most enquires, No bookable appointments in advance are ever available, even for those with long chronic conditions no regular contact with a GP / nurse . Pot luck you might get to see or speak to a GP 3/4times in a year about ongoing issues .

I’ve always stuck up for this doctors when other people have tried to say bad things but today I’ve seen things from there side I should be able to leave 0 stars 🤬 145 times I’ve tried to call today throughout the day and every time I’ve listened to a 7-8 second message telling me there are no appointments available today and then hung up on, I don’t even want an appointment today I need a medication review, so you know what I’ll let you try and contact me now (if I have an appointment available for you) mines not a serious matter but what if someone actually really wanted to talk to a doctor and your just not even listening to them you should be ASHAMED

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star, I understand there’s a struggle with appointments and I appreciate the work the nhs do but this gp has let down and failed my friend too many times. It’s like they need updating on what mental health looks and sounds like. My friend has cried out for help a number of times! Ignoring sick note requests and stating they can’t provide a sick note just bc someone having panic attacks around others. And in the past wouldn’t provide a sick note to a suicidal patient! What kind of bs!!! They’ve given false advice on antidepressants, knowing that they won’t work after 1 week! Also they’re providing them to someone who needs a review and assessment, calling 2hours after appointment time and when it was rescheduled forgetting to cal back completely. It’s disgusting. Inappropriate and irrelevant comments made when discussing the cause of her current issues. VICTIM BLAMING!! No sympathy no help, so if anything happens, and my friend becomes another statistic, I know exactly who to blame!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GP IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY UNWELL!! An official complaint is being made
