Barlett provided us with a clear quote and gave us an accurate time for the work to be started. They reduced our Leylandii hedge to the height we requested and ensured that we were completely happy before they left. They cleared away all the cuttings and even cleared those which had fallen in an adjacent garden. They checked that we were happy a few days later and even offered to return next year if we need them. There were no upfront costs and we await their invoice. An excellent service provided by a very professional company.
