I am saddend to say that Bartletts appear to be prejudice towards Disabled Customers in our Community. In two days I have spoken with 3 different members of Staff regarding a Delivery. Each member of Staff assured me that they would return my Call after speaking with the Delivery Drivers regarding my query, however, the Delivery Drivers were, 'Too Busy' to Deliver! But they would return my Call. Not one Call has been returned. I have been left feeling, Insignificant, Hurt and an Inconvenience for requiring a little extra help and support. It has been made blatantly obvious to me that Bartletts disregard the Custom of Disabled Customers in our Community and I am deeply offended.

This company is wonderful from the moment I spoke to Tessa and delivery by Martin they ensured I had all the help I needed and beyond. I am in my 70's and needed a ton of slate delivered, my entry is not big for deliveries but Martin you amazed me I still don't know how you managed to turn that truck around as you did, but you ensured you delivered it inside my car port and I could lock my gates to keep me secure. I thank you all so much wonderful customer service.

Concerned with the lack of mask wearing in the office space, although was assured on the phone they were adhering to covid guidance. I'm not sure if it's a culture in this industry but it doesn't take much to pop a mask on at work to protect your colleagues and customers. Signed from a frontline NHS worker.
