I just have to say how fantastic the customer service is at Bars Direct. I ordered a champagne bath a week ago and selected for click and collect. Unfortunately my local newsagents where it was delivered were slow at issuing emails for collection, not a problem because I had left enough time for issues when I ordered. Unfortunately when I received the bath it was the wrong colour. I rang Bars Direct and spoke to their team but due to the newsagents delay there wasn't enough time for the courier to deliver another bath before the event that I had ordered it for. Many companies would say a sorry but there's nothing we can do. Kayleigh at Bars Direct however spoke to her colleagues to see if they could solve the issue and one of their team volunteered to hand deliver it to my door on his way back up north for the weekend. This was not really anywhere near his destination and he traveled miles off his route to do this and with a smile on his face too! Mistakes can be made, we are all human. But the customer service I received was amazing I will recommend this company at every Opportunity. Thank you so much!
