My husband and I drove all the way to Garstang to get the mechanism of a grandfather clock repaired . All it needed was the suspension spring putting back in place and I gave him a pack of 5 which I'd bought off Ebay . He said he'd be 10 mins and came back to our car after 2o mins said he'd fixed it and charged £40 which he said was cheap . I wish I could earn £120 an hour . Got it home and my husband followed his instructions of how to put it back and it still doesn't work so not happy at all

We took our tired, old, Victorian Westminster Bracket Clock to Mr Fitzgibbon. After a service, and three new main springs, the clock is again running perfectly. It is lovely to hear our family clock chiming and striking with a mellow resonance once again Mr Fitzgibbon is indeed Theeee Clock Man. Highly recommended. 5 stars Brilliant, friendly service. Thank you ! Sherry & Eddie, Penwortham, Preston

Absolute rubbish. He can repair an ice cube holder let alone a clock. Don't let him near your clocks especially heirlooms.

My clock had not been cleaned for a long time and had stopped working. You can tell Barry cares about clocks, not only did he get it working again but it came back looking like new, polished and shiny. Highly recommended.

I phoned Mr FitzGibbon earlier today regarding one of my clocks. He asked me a couple of questions and gave his assessment over the phone. His valid advice worked. Very much appreciated Mr FitzGibbon. Highly recommended. Mark Williams.

I took a marble chiming clock and a carriage clock to Barry, both owned by my late father. The carriage clock needed servicing and the chiming clock, which hadn’t worked for a number of years, simply needed oiling. It’s wonderful to hear it chiming again. The cost was very reasonable, in fact less than was quoted. Barry was a true professional. I would highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate in using his services again.
