I honestly don’t possess enough words to be able to praise Barry highly enough. A man of great humour,honesty and integrity. It’s a rare and real pleasure to still be able to meet people like Barry. Main dealers and pushy ,clueless salesmen are a thoroughly unpleasant experience and I was losing hope of finding the right 4x4 for me until I saw a Navara on the Barry Ashworth website. I travelled to Rochdale after arranging to view and immediately fell in love . The Navara was pristine and exactly what I was looking for. There was no sales pitch whatsoever and the decision to buy or not was completely left to me. I bought the truck in an almost new condition and arranged to pick up in a few days time. When I went back to pick it up all four wheels had been given new tyres and new brakes. I didn’t ask for these, that’s just what was done to prepare the truck for me. If you want a 4x4 and want to know that it’ll be right. I massively recommend Barry Ashworth. An outstanding company. Thanks a lot Barry.

Was looking to replace my trusty Volvo S60 like for like after sadly losing previous in a collision. Went through AA Used Cars for that extra level of confidence and found exactly what I was looking for at Barry Ashworth 4X4. Sent out an initial enquiry and was contacted promptly by Jamie. I'd made multiple enquiries elsewhere prior to this but due to the quick response and direct & reassuring dialogue throughout, I went on to purchase the car. As stated on the website, a full service was undertaken prior to collection which involved £hundreds in consumables (including discs and cambelt). Speaking of collection, being some distance away delivery was always presented as an option however eager to get myself back on the road I got the train to Rochdale and was collected from the station to go to the garage. You just don't get that from a a main dealer. Car drove perfect from the off as I knew It would, and due to the work undertaken I have confidence right up to the next service interval. 5/5 and if I ever want to move to a 4x4 I know where I'll be looking first.
