So I bought a Barrington single winder and my research paid off - it is beautifully made, looks great on the shelf, and works just as described. I was so happy with the purchase I ordered a second one!. But the truly outstanding element has been the customer service I have received from Barrington, specifically from Lisa H. I had some questions about which cushion I should purchase (flex or standard) and Lisa has been outstanding with communication. She is courteous, professional, prompt an extremely helpful. Barrington winders are quality products with superior service - I Highly recommend these products.

Great product. Well made and works well. What really impressed me was their outstanding customer service. At one point I thought there was something wrong with the winder. They emailed me back and even at one point called me on the phone from England. They were extremely helpful and concerned about my possible problem (which turned out not to be a problem at all). I was extremely impressed by their dedication to see that any problem I had was taken care of. It’s very rare to find a company with such concern for their customers and dedication to making sure any problems I might have were taken care of I can’t recommend them more highly

My first question was tell me why I should order from you over Wolf. We continued conversation for 20-30 minutes and I placed my order next day. He included a complimentary travel case for me aswell. I just unboxed and the quality is outstanding. Shipping to the US was free and easy! The winder is simple, makes little to no noise, and has a sleek/modern finish. Single Midnight Blue watch winder, purchased from UK website. Quality product and quality Customer Service. I ordered and received the Flex Cushion as I have a tiny wrist and a ladies Rolex with a very rigid clasp. The Flex Cushion was too large for my watch. One email to the company and a much smaller Flex Cushion was on its way from England to California via DHL Express. Service doesn’t get any better than that.
