This is the third time we've used Perfect Seal Roofing and the work was again undertaken to a high standard. This time we had a new dry ridge system installed then new putty to replace the mortar on the sides of the valley, which was starting to crack. All comms were answered quickly and the team were polite and patient with my queries and questions and provided photos when asked. What can I say!!! I was recommended Perfect Seal by my cousin at NRC. I'm so glad he did! I called and was greeted by a very efficient Jus, that was a good start. I am always sceptical as I have been let down so many times by other tradespeople. I arranged a date for a survey to be carried out and they arrived on time. At this point I'm gaining much more confidence. They came back to me quickly with a quote which was very reasonable so I called to arrange for the work to be carried out. Within two weeks the job was done! Total confidence! The roofers went above and beyond fixing little jobs on my roof which I hadn't even asked for! I was so pleased when when I came home to a perfect roof front and back and a rebuilt chimney. I would happily recommend this company. I received a fantastic service from start to finish. Due to bad weather putting their work back, they were unable to perform the work straight away but set good expectations, keeping me up to date via email and completed the work in line with what they had set. Had Perfect Roofing quote for some repairs and new sofit and gutter installation,quite a competitive quote,my only quibble was added VAT wasn't obvious. Apart from that,Cory and his team did a great job,even arranged for the scaffold to come down on Saturday morning.Would definitely recommend this company. Sorry hit 4 stars instead of 5. Perfect Seal have been fantastic! We were let down half way through a re-roof and Cory and team saved the day. Came quickly to quote, and the quote was very reasonable. Got booked in for the work to start around 7/8 weeks later which was fine by us, they even popped round before work officially started a couple of times to try and make our roof as watertight as possible. They started as promised and worked right through for a full week, including over the weekend, to get our roof back on for us, as well as repointing the front chimney. All the lads were really friendly and helpful, and when the new Velux wouldn't shut properly they promised to get in touch with Velux to see if we could find a solution and if not, would swap it out. They also quoted for replacing our gutters and came round first thing today to do the work, as well as fixing a cracked slate on the extention at the same time. It's rained since the roof has been on and there have been no leaks at all. Left the back garden clean and tidy when they finished up as well. Incredibly pleasant team to deal with, and Justine (Office Administrator) is efficient, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in getting our new roof on (it felt like the entire company must have been up there at one point!)
