I would like to say what a great experience high had purchasing my F Type Jaguar . I did not intend to my a car when l visited just a set of floor mats for my XF . However l couldn’t help noticing the F Type as l walked passed . James Mackay - Jennings showed me around the car and gave me a demo of The covertable Roof . He was very knowledgable and gave me detailed account of all the gadgets. There was no sales pressure and was very helpful . Thats what l like !! I would recommend Barrett’s as they provide a very high quality service and make you very welcoming

After 18 months wait due to covid and supply shortages our new e-pace has finally arrived. I would like to thank Barrett’s Jaguar Ashford for their time and patience during this time and for keeping me informed of all the changes and delays during that time. Barrett’s offered an exceptional service from the moment we ordered our new car. The staff we dealt with were always polite well informed and courteous especially Alex who took our order and saw us through the whole process. The day of deliver was made extra special by the bouquet of flowers presented to my wife and the attention to detail shown to us by all those at Barrett’s Ashford. If I am lucky enough to be able to purchase another Jaguar in the future It will definitely be through them. Bought my E pace jaguar, 6 months ago at Harwoods Basingstoke, with a faulty Apple-play. Been trying to get it repaired at my local Jaq dealer (Jardine). They told me the car wasn’t compatible, even though the previous owner left all login apple car play info in the manuel. The screen also showed apple play accessibility. The car was definitely compatible. Eventually, contacted Barrett who cared to listened. I can in honesty say, from the start to the end, they looked after me. I was kept fully informed of all updates and they repaired the software under the manufacturer warranty. When you buy a car and a few months later, things goes wrong, or in my case, there was an initial fault, that’s the kind of service you want to receive. Undoubtedly, it makes you want to keep your car or the brand. Impeccable treatment from all staffs, but, mainly from Alex! You have my full appreciation 👌
