Bought a house 4 years ago. Very poor build due to them rushing to get it completed before their financial year end. The jobs that they have decided to repair have been hit and miss. Some have ended up being worse than before. We then have had issues where rats were able to get into the properties via storm drains. Even with the help of the council and local MP they are doing everything they can without actually doing anything.
