We bought a property last year through Baron & Cabot which is doing great and now my husband and I are buying a second property with them. They show you exactly what you need to invest, the cost of the property, and costs involved to acquire the property like stamp duty/ legal fees/ mortgage. This is why we chose Baron & Cabot compared to other companies I’ve spoken with who do not go into this detail. They have properties all over the UK, we looked at London, then Manchester and then settled on Birmingham. James was really helpful and took time to understand what we needed and show us the best properties in that area, before making a decision. I’d recommend giving them your budget and letting them give you the best options.
