I thought a trailer from a dealer was out of my price-range but there was a trailer I could afford on the website - in perfect condition. I called the office to see if the website was up to date and it was, :-). The chap I spoke with didn't give a hard-sale at all, he was really friendly and knowledgeable. I explained I'd be travelling a long way to buy the trailer, Barnwell trailers held the trailer for me until I got there the next morning (and didn't have a wasted trip). We were late due to traffic, I called to apologise and the lady on the phone was so professional and reassuring. We were met with good old-fashioned customer service and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks a bunch!!!

Great customer service from start to finish. I was let down by another trailer hire company so I called these guys, they quickly sorted one for me. When I arrived the hand over was quick and efficient which is what I needed. On return I wasn’t able to get the trailer back for close 5pm, one of the girls offered to come back and open up for me at 6pm, brilliant! As it happens I was delayed massively and didn’t get back to the until after 9pm, where I stayed at the recommended village B&B, that too was top notch. I dropped the trailer off 10am the following day, again friendly efficient service. To sum up, this is where the UK was at 30 years ago, excellent company, great staff, no ridiculous policies and an added bonus in a wonderful location. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service from my first enquiry. I usually hate going to places like this as a women and I am often faced with a group of blokes who speak to me like I was born yesterday but I have had the complete opposite experience at Barnwell Trailers. Mike has been a pleasure to deal with and has also offered such sensible advice without being patronising as well as having a laugh along the way. I won't take my trailers anywhere else now. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for being so helpful, it's refreshing!

Our first Ifor Williams trailer was purchased, brand new! from Simon in 1989 when my daughters first joined pony club. I received friendly help, advice and service then as I do now with the next generation of family riders. Apart from trailer sales, annual services and new parts, Simon and his team have always been prepared to go that extra mile (with supportive emails) when I have needed help with an insurance claim for a road accident and more recently an update on trailer insurance. Many thanks for your hard work over the last 34yrs !!
