Considering how many people use this station the facilities for anyone with any disability is appalling. We've been waiting decades for this to be remedied but it appears not to even be on the list ! The residents of this area who pay a fortune for property and in council tax etc. deserve better.

It's good to have a more frequent service to and from Bromsgrove from here. The station itself is very average and by the numbers only platforms 1 and 4 have step free access (towards Redditch and from Bromsgrove) and the station has shelter, ticket machines and a car park. The footbridge offers a great view at the top.
