I had a very bad dental experience some 20+ years ago (elsewhere) and haven't been able to face a dentist since, to say I was petrified is an understatement!! After chipping a tooth, I knew I had little choice and I was fortunate to get an appointment with Beant. On arrival the reception staff could see my fear, but their manner was comforting- I didn't run off (which I had done elsewhere). Beant put me at ease, went at my pace 100% and explained everything without being patronising or using industry related blurb that you just nod to. I returned the following week for a small filling and once again Beant was amazing, I can't thank them enough. I have received specialist dental phobia treatment in the past which has failed, but thanks to Barnt Green Dental my confidence is restored and I am back in the chair. If you see some indentations in the arms of the chair, they are probably from my nails (sorry) but I got there!!

Sometimes " Thank you" is just not enough. I arrived in a very nervous state having had a previous traumatic dental experience elsewhere. I couldn't have been made more welcome by both the Dentist and Dental Nurse. They were kind, understanding, patient and everything was taken at a pace I could manage. I had everything explained to me and nothing was done before I was given a clear explanation of what was going to happen. I truly couldnt be happier with my visit today and have much much less anxiety about returning for further treatment. If you are in need of dental services and are looking for an excellent surgery, book an appointment here. From the first phone call I made everyone at this practice has treated me with great kindness, offered and provided a very professional service and this allowed me to access dentistry again, which for a long time I had been too frightened to do.

I registered with this surgery late March 2023, and i have to say, my experience and care has been excellent! Beant and Lucy are amazing people, and Beant explained everything in great detail, so i knew exactly what to expect. Beant even opened the windows for me, as i was feeling quite hot, and waited for me to cool down, before starting my treatment. I would definitely recommend this surgery to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

I saw the hygienist for a bargain price of £50 and must have been with her for over 40 minutes. As ever she provided a wonderful service, was kind, helpful, cheerful and very attentive - best hygienist I've ever been to in fact, and I've been to quite a few. On the same day I took my dog to the vets to see about his teeth and spent 5 minutes with the vets and he's had no treatment yet and it cost me more than £50! So, Barnt Green Dental Practice is incredible value for money, the service is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
