Brilliant visit. We loved meeting the owner, who didn't judge us on our lack of knowledge but gave us an honest and entertaining history of English wine and the vineyard with plenty of samples. Couldn't resist buying a few bottles to drink at home.

Phil fit us in for a tour at the last minute, and even despite weather conditions to be reckoned with gave us an extremely interesting, interactive talk. He took into account our knowledge levels (none!) and pitched the talk at us appropriately. We also got to try a generous helping of delicious wine, and of course brought some to take away since they are all vegan friendly. Thanks Phil!

A quick stop for a tasting, which was lovely and resulted in the buying of a few bottles, one of which my husband proclaimed as his favorite white wine of the year. Only regret not buying more. Dog friendly, easy, and highly recommended.
