Barnsley towbar is amazing the staff are absolutely fantastic, professional and always prepared to help with anything you may have to ask. We had our towbar fitted around a year ago and rang today about us towing a caravan and he was absolutely sound on the phone providing advice definitely if your looking to get a towbar or trailer or anything else I’d 100% go here as that are absolutely fantastic.

Excellent customer service! I was looking to install a door mounted tack pack in my ifor Williams horse trailer so I contacted Barnsley Towbar Centre to ask if they could do the service. Simon and the whole team were absolutely fantastic going above and beyond to ensure they ordered the correct parts (apparently there’s different models based on the year and type of trailer within the same model and we did all this blindly over the phone!). Few calls backwards and forwards, parts ordered, service booked. They identified some issues with the door so fixed it prior to installation and noticed some parts missing from the ifW delivery so contacted the supplier and sorted this within 24h. They further secured the tack pack with stronger bolts and pieces (not included in the supplier delivery) to ensure longevity and security and gave the trailer some TLC. When I collected it this morning I was also so impressed to see they had carefully removed the mirror from the jockey door (where the work was done) and installed it in the tack pack. Their attention to detail, excellent ongoing communication and full commitment to the job and customer is what makes this company the best! I’m thrilled with their service and recommend Barnsley Towbar Centre to anyone looking for a job truly well done where a customer is not just another number/£. Support you local businesses.

Visited there premises on Tuesday to get a quote for a replacement detachable tow bar.Luckily they were able to offer a upgrade kit rather than a full replacement.Fitted this morning. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.
