I wanted a dinning table and chairs but couldnt decide on the style , so one of the sales ladies was absolutely brilliant in her advice and taking time in helping me in my choice and getting one of the managers to bring three different style of chairs to try against the table,,then I wanted a couple of sofas for my lounge, again I didn't really know what I was looking for ,but the sales lady again did the job and helped me make the right choice in sofas ,with great advice and a friendly approach no pushy sales either, also the delivery team yet again very professional and friendly. I'm absolutely frilled with quality of the items I have bought and they look amazing . Thanks again ward brothers a brilliant friendly experience and very professional.

I recently purchased a 3pc suite & when I placed my order I chose a different leg colour which I was told I could have. When the suite arrived I was told I couldn't have the colour I had chosen & it seems they only agreed to my request to get my order. spent, what was an awful lot of money to me & it has spoilt the whole experience. I now have a suite that I love with legs that are a colour I would never have chosen. Customer service not good. On behalf of Andrea
