I’m really not sure what star to give. The service was excellent the staff very friendly and helpful. So why the one star? The cost of the phone-call! Why is the number 0843? and not local? Thank goodness I wasn’t on hold etc at 50p per minute, as it was the referral cost me £13.19 to make.

From the very first contact the staff were polite and efficient. Mum was assessed at home and her assessor was patient, kind, empethetic and did everything, within what is allowed and their remit. He showed a great deal of respect which was comforting for Mum. Cannot praise the experience enough - the system worked for Mum and me. (No, I am not employed by BMBC or have any relatives working for them) Keep up the good work team. Thank you.
