Shocking coach company , multiple times they leave school kids stranded , today’s excuse , driver overslept !!! The so called operations manger who apparently will call us back never actually does , mainly I suspect because he doesn’t exist or possibly he’s in bed . Still at least they only charge close to £700 a year . Pathetic company .

This bus is consistently late to pick me up to go to school as well as plenty of other students and most of the drivers don’t even have the decency to apologise. I’ve been late to two if my exams in the past two days now and it’s getting really frustrating.
