Make sure if their parking system is not working to remind them 1000 times to put your car reg on their system whenever its back up. I've been a customer there and their system for parking was not working. Their staff was careless and didnt put the reg on their system. Got a fine -__- Wasted my time disputing a fine for no reason since I was a customer.
