Old zone 3 Station that has no facilities (e.g. Toilets) and isn't accessible. During the week there is a mobile coffee truck thing selling coffee / drinks outside platform 1. There is a ticket office that is staffed but don't think its open much outside peak hours since the pandemic. The station is staffed majority of time and even during non peak hours there is security present. During peak hours there are frequent trains into central London but off peak it drops a lot to about 4 trains an hour, and pairs of them are clustered together within a few minutes of each other so if miss one you are likely to miss the other one, very weird timetable. Best to go onto their website or download the SWR app to see live departure times - also shows if trains delayed which is good. There is an old period building there decorated in tutor style and actually used to be the main entrance and ticket office when I was a kid that might be interesting to photogophers.
