Brilliant service yesterday from Dr Lawrence and Evette and despite the extreme pressures they are under. Both impressed me with their calm professional approaches. We are lucky to have such professionals. Thank you.

I had a mental health review with Dr Attala from Barnes hospital and he was not listening to my views about my medications he did not care about my feelings and told me he has only 10 minutes. I found him really unprofessional and unhelpful The worst doctor I have ever come across in the last 7years

Changing the psychiatrist every 6 months, I couldn’t ever make a proper connection with one of them because as soon as meeting them, after 2 appointments in 6 months …. Well guess what, there is a new one and as a patient suffering from severe PTSD, moderate depression, anxiety disorder, Insomnia ( about 8 years) and panic attacks…. They don’t even given me a little, just a little bit of empathy or changing my medication!!!! I had an appointment with another new psychiatrist for the very first time today, I told him I was extremely depressed and anxious in the last 40 days and Beating up myself to get rid of the extreme constant anxious feeling, I showed him some photo taken when I bruised and cut my legs and toes, but he said, no new medication, get for a walk and make your body tired ( remember I was extremely depressed not even wanted to take shower) and finally he discharged me from once in a 3 months appointments and referred me to my GB from now on!!!!! I begged him and cried not to , I needed his professional support and supervision but the answer was a concrete NO!!! My question is: If he had nothing to do with a patient like me, why he is sitting there as a psychiatrist !!!!!! I left the hospital after 2 major panic attacks and felt 100 times worst the when I entered !!! SAD !!!! Some people don’t understand people suffering from mental health……. 😭😣☹️
