Reception staff amongst the most hostile humans I’ve ever met. Reception staff attempt to diagnose conditions themselves. Ridiculous appointment booking system that never results in an appointment. Can remain in telephone queue for hours, despite popping into reception and watching staff not answer the phone. Im sure the doctors and nurses are competent if you ever get to see one. A shambles.

On the 10th May at 4pm - Surgery reception at Marlborough Park blatantly racist, this is unacceptable in the NHS, doctors from a range of backgrounds while the patients are treated with complete disrespect and disregard. Will be reporting this to the NHS.

If I could give this place no stars, I would!! I just spent 36 minutes waiting to speak to someone to cancel an appointment for today as I have to work to cover a colleague who is unwell. When I finally spoke with someone (despite being in the queue at position number 1 for 20+ minutes), I was told that I didn't have any appointments booked even though I did it in person, in the surgery, 4 weeks ago?!! I didn't just want to DNA as I work for the NHS and I appreciate that our time is precious but this is just utter incompetence.

I had to cancel an appointment because my husband was unwell. The receptionist was so kind and understanding. I am really impressed with their compassion and empathy

Like all GP surgeries, it is hit and miss with appointments, and if you do get one, the GPS are always running late, so you sit and wait and wait.

Exceptionally high standards of professionalism every time I visit.I am only posting as I am amazed at the negativity of the posted reviews and the low average rating.

The appointments themselves are practical and get the job done although I've never felt like there has been that much compassion. Waited over 7 weeks for my online form to be processed so I can access online services - it's still not been fixed. Phoned up three times and they have constantly told me that they will sort it, only to find out now that the form has been lost and I have to come in again to fill it out... There is absolutely no customer service

All the staff are very pleasant except for Dr Holly Hutson. When my husband was having Chemotherapy there was an. 8 date window when he could have the first Covid vaccination. Going to the surgery woukd have been easier than my husband having to stand in a queue at our local hospital. We asked Dr Hutson if she was able to squeeze my husband in . She refused. Instead we went to Aspire Pharmacy in Sidcup. There they were very kind, but it was during a very cold time abd my husband was having problems standing. The staff very kindly came to the car & gave him the vaccination so he didn’t have to get out. What a contrast with Dr Holly Huston’s attitude.
