My father bought a custom tank which he waited 3 months for, Giles put it together in his home and it was a shocking mess. Sealant all over the glass, cabinet broken all at a cost of £2000. He was told it was not the standard expected and not what he wanted, he was told there was nothing he could do and no refund would be given. Had no choice but to speak with trading standards and a refund was issued via the bank. 2 months later the 6ft tank was finally removed from the property and my father banned from going here again because he dared complain. He has spent over 5K in this shop in less than a year. Very ooor attitude and customer service AVOID!!

My disabled brother in law has spent nearly 5 grand in this shop in 10 months. £2,000 nearly on a 'bespoke fishtank' which looks like a 5 year old has glued it together. The shop owner left him for THREE WEEKS sitting on a fishing chair in his living room as his sofa had to be moved to his kitchen. He now can't use his kitchen adequately until his sofa moved. SHOP OWNER said "get used to it, there's nothing wrong with it" but offered him 'FREE' METAL PIECES FOR THE FISHTANK SIDES!? The cabinet plinth broken too. Shop owner clearly does not care. Will not refund or fix the tank so its a long drawn out court case, just for trying to keep a local business in work instead of ordering one online again.

Excellent and friendly staff, very knowledgable and keen to help. Good variety of fish, equipment / tanks, substrate and hardscape, as well as plenty of pond supplies. The owner is also able to offer custom tanks built himself, which is great and unique. Highly recommend.
