Poor unresposive service and professionalism Contacted BTL as sourcing furniture for a commercial venture. Requested to come and see the quality details taken. Total silence. Really poor service. If you dont want business say so. Dont leave customers and clients hanging. Just lost the contract given to another clearly more professional and reputable entity.

I have raised issues with them regarding a purchase from their Clearance sale. I have chased this twice in the last two weeks without a response. The delivery of the item was a dreadful experience - I had to assist the driver unload an 80kg package without the ability for social distancing - and the package was ripped, covered in a film of dirt and soaking wet inside and out presumably after poor storage. Needless to say some damage occurred to the goods inside. I am now having to resort to a claim from my credit card company after being repeatedly ignored by Barlow Tyrie. Disappointing as I have been buying their products for over 30 years.

We bought four of the London chairs and the 150cm round table 20 years ago. The furniture looks as good as the day we bought it. We never stained it or even treated it with anything, just left it beautifully natural. We also bought the green seat cushions at the same time, made from what seems to be a sort of canvas material. The cushions have lasted just as well as the furniture . The furniture has lived on the patio from the day we took delivery. I am sure the furniture will last another 20 years or more. As we have had some really good weather recently, the furniture has turned that beautiful bleached silver colour. What more could be said, the quality is superb, you may pay more, but you certainly get your money’s worth.

I work for Barlow Tyrie and this is a review we received last year... Just a quick note to bring you some pictures of our 25 year old Barlow Tyrie teak garden furniture. It lives outside on our terrace all year round near Leiden in The Netherlands, and just once a year gets cleaned with water, and once per two or three years treated with a standard preservative which smells of linseed (just done that again). I thought you might be rightfully proud of it. When purchased it was rather expensive But it has been extremely good value in the long term. Please keep up the good work!
