Very flat, decent sized pitches. Don’t park next to the road if you don’t want to wave to the children on the regular tractor tours!! It didn’t worry me though. Toilets, showers and washing up facilities are basic but were all very clean. Visited the Tiptree tearooms, nice to be able to walk over. Shame you can’t walk to the Barleylands Farm Shop, that would be ideal! I had a very relaxing couple of days here and would definitely return, especially as I only live 20 minutes down the road. The location is excellent for shops, facilities and leisure and very easy to access.

Lovely site lots of pitch space. Pity it is let down by the shower & toilets. They were kept clean every day but showers were luke warm or cold. Some you couldn't turn the temperature up so you had a freezing shower as the taps were broken off. Will we go back yes.
