This was my first dental appointment in eight years, as it was that long ago my final few teeth were removed & I've worn a denture ever since. Last month, I was experiencing an awful jaw pain plus headaches. So I came to Dr Robina Jan's dental practice, at Barkingside Dental Practice. Both her secretary and dental assistant Silviya were very efficient, caring & friendly. At our first meeting Robina put me at ease as she is professional, confident, friendly with a kind manner. I had no idea what this pain could be as I've no teeth. Dr Robina soon discovered what it was upon examination. I was so relieved to just know what it was. She said my pain was like a spasm, where as if I had natural teeth, it would be like grinding my teeth in my sleep. She suggested Botox & explained how it would work to take away my pain. Within the week the Botox was certainly working just like she had explained. Now my jaws & gums are settled down I'm having a new denture made. On 6th June will be the appointment for my first mould with follow up appointments until completed. I would recommend Dr Robina Jan to anyone needing a dentist of so many qualities above & beyond, just a dentist.

I have had the best experience at this dental surgery. My dentist, Robina, has treated me with the greatest care and concern especially given the fact I am a very nervous patient and have extensive gum and dental issues. I have received great advice and excellent treatment. I am also very impressed with the rest of the staff, Dr Roula, gum specialist, Alex at reception and Sylvie the dental nurse. All of them kind and friendly. I would highly recommend the practice.

I saw Dr Robina Jan earlier this week for an emergency appointment, both her and her staff were incredibly competent and saw me within 48 hours. I cannot recommend Dr Jan enough for her professionalism and care, she explained every aspect of my treatment thoroughly and was kind and attentive from start to finish. I left her surgery with more knowledge about how to care for my oral hygiene going forward and won’t be going to any other dentist in the future. I recommended her to all my friends and family and everyone living in the local area in need of a dentist

She was very rude and didnt know how to speak to client and all she was talking about herself worst clinic and staff memeber will never recommend them and also there are other plenty better places to invest money and get better results and advice.

I don't normally write reviews but this is to support my dental practice of 15 years. I normally see the periodontist Dr Roula, who saved my teeth from being loose and falling out. The hygienists, treatment and equipment are of very high standards and the practice uses dental lasers and microscopes for more precise work. The staff is always smiling, friendly and accommodating. I saw Dr Robina for an Invisalign consultation and she was very professional and informative.

To put it simply, do not go to this practice. Just before lockdown I had a series of VERY poorly done procedures (including a botched root canal and a number of failed fillings), and various appointments with dentists who were either unclear or untruthful about the work I'd had done – in one instance I was told I was being fitted with a special type of crown, and I realised a month later I'd basically been given another (bad) standard filling. On top of this, every time I went back I was made to see a new dentist (and when I tried to complain about those I'd seen before, they'd conveniently "left the practice" or "gone private"). Finally took the plunge to sign up to a new practice, and the difference in quality is astounding. I don't want anyone else to waste the amount of money I have at this place – avoid. *EDIT* While I appreciate the practice is trying to save face, it's embarrassing that they're claiming every bad review is left by a non-patient or a "fake account"– it simply makes your institution look even more untrustworthy. When I called as suggested in their response below, they found my name in their database... I look forward to receiving a full apology.
