Went in today, with the intention of maybe buying a canary or two. Was really happy to talk to the owner about the differences with budgies and how to care for them properly. The owner truly went above and beyond with my many questions I had and helped me choose one who would be suitable. I 100% recommend people to come here and shop for their birds and animals as the knowledge of the owner was really good and helpful! Thank you very much I will be back here for more Budgie seeds soon! ☺️

From the moment I walked in I felt like a friend not a customer. Was after a budgie (they do an excellent deal) talked me through my options and after seeing the bird we loved we was able to go in a side room and handle the bird and see if they was right for us, this obviously sold us on the bird, they didn't just take the money and push us out the door, they spent time going over everything we would need to know, answering our questions etc. Very happy with the new addition to the family, thank you so much

I’ve had a wonderful experience but I just have a question I have two budgies is the ere anyway I could trade it for a another bird for a example one big bird which is £120 so if I trade my birds (which I bought for £86 each) which cost £172 total can I get a big bird and some supply’s for it, thanks please respond asap

We had a great time here, spent longer than most probably do as we were observing the birds before we decided. The host azah was very welcoming. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and explained all the steps for us. I personally had a great time conversing with them :) we have a lovely kakariki now ;) it flew out of its cage when we attempted to remove the box... it's such a nice bird 😅
