Nice Town Hall but environment not good at present. Loads of scaffolding up around adjacent blocks, pavement to high street dirty and loads of people queueing for food in charity shop. In time I am sure it will look nice.

Tow hall is good. But town is full of traffic wardens. Some traffic wardens does not let to stop at even double yellow lins as well. That was on Sunday though.
