I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to write this to acknowledge the work of a great individual who I came across through my struggles and to share my experiences and for those who are struggling to get a mortgage His name is Dhiresh Pindoria, we was introduced to him by a wonderful estate agent after viewing a property through them. We believe Allah has placed him in our path as a true blessing in disguise We have been house hunting and went to reputable brokers to secure a mortgage the like of John Charcole, Clover, and Trussle. Been from pillar to post with each one of them and at times reduced to tears. What started of with a straight forward mortgage applications was turned to nightmare and no explanations was offered as to why the banks have declined We decided to try our luck with Dhiresh Pindoria and this was going to be our last time and then give up if it didn’t work. With all the brokers that I have come to known, you can only reach them between the hours 9-5 and had to go through a string of people before being put through to them. After this scheduled times you will not be able to reach them come whatever may. I had to rush to make these calls which proven to be difficult at times when calling from office and in between my own personal deadlines this was not convenient. With Dhiresh I was able to speak with him directly at anytime of the day. He is extremely accommodating and accessible which sets him apart from the rest. I was literally gobsmacked when I checked the time I was on the phone to him. Dhiresh is extremely professional and knows his job by the back of his hand. He is a very passionate and dedicated person I have ever come across. He provides not just a great but a tailored service. Dhiresh made both me and my husband feel very comfortable when interacting with him he is extremely friendly and helpful and above all very honest. We will always hold him in high respect and pray he always remains the same person that we have come to know He kept us well informed and guided us throughout our journey. He unpicked the damages caused by others and secured the buy to let and residential mortgage for us. An extremely difficult task that he took on board, with his great knowledge and expertise made it seem so easy. In our book he is no less than a mortgage wizard, if Dhiresh can’t do the job than no one can. For this specific reason I have recommended him to close friends and relatives Alhamadulillah, I have to stress Dhiresh was very instrumental in securing our dream home. On our request Dhiresh liaised with the Estate Agent and the Solicitors advising them on where we stood on every aspect. This is the reason why I say he provides a tailored service other brokers would have just left you to get on with it on your own because they have secured the mortgage for you so as far as they are concerned their job is done. Dhiresh went far and beyond and travelled with us throughout the journey to completion. Without his endless support we would not have been able to pursue this beautiful house which we managed to secure within 7 weeks from viewing to completion We wholeheartedly Salute Dhiresh for his relentless efforts and dedication he put in for our dream home and know that we can never repay him back but he will always remain in our hearts and prayers May Almighty Allah shower his kindest blessings to him and his family.
