Staff are polite enough , doin a very stressful job with very little resources & seemingly always under staffed, came straight from work with injury and still not seen 4 hours later - think ahead and bring food & drink, there’s no vendin machines, the tvs are not working so recommend bringing entertainment/phone/amusements etc especially if comin with children.

Brought my stepson up here for a suspected broken finger and was very rudely told by the receptionist we're not seeing any patients go to another hospital. Didn't even give me a chance to speak. That is absolutely disgusting customer service and a severe display in a lack of empathy. Why on earth have you hired people like this????
