Faultless. Obviously when parting with a significant amount of money through an online transaction (without seeing the item) there are minor stresses of concern. However, the service (and chair) received from Barkham Office Furniture Ltd were absolutely faultless. Jim kept me updated with delivery dates etc. and informed me of the hourly slot DPD advised. The chair came as expected and has stood the test of time (Herman Miller Aeron B). I couldn't recommend them more!

I bought a quality desk chair for my son and unfortunately the arm material started to crack and tear after about 18 months. I contacted James and he sent someone out to replace both arms without any quibbling despite being out of the one year warranty! Now I am looking for a chair for my daughter at Barkham. Great customer service.

As a long-term Which (Consumer Association) member, I am particular about where I purchase. I found a quality chair online with one year warranty at a reasonable price from Barkham Office Supplies. They provided a chair in virtually new condition at a fair price but had an arm damaged in transit. Barkham has been highly supportive and is replacing the chair. I am recommending them to WHICH as a Trusted Trader, and my experience has demonstrated a company offering excellent customer service.

Ordered used aeron chair from here that came with a 12 month warranty. Chair had some issues and Barkham replaced it for free with no hassle. I've recommended them to my friends and would definitely buy from them again.

Great service, spent some time looking for a well priced Humanscale Freedom chair but all the cheap options were miles from me with no delivery. Got in touch with Jim at Barkham and after some very polite correspondence plumped for a refurbished one delivered to my home. Yes it was more expensive than the cheap private sales I'd looked at, but the quality of the refurb cannot be faulted and was delivered direct to my door. All in all very happy with the service and quality of product provided.

I bought a £210 chair from these guys during lockdown and found them very helpful and keen to help. However, the first chair had a split armrest and the replacement would not adjust properly. A year on and the seat is starting to degrade. I realise that it was a refurbished seat but the new covers are clearly used to cover up what is are tired old chairs. Steer clear of you want something that will last.
