My two babies were booked in this morning for a groom and when we rang the bell we heard a dog crying and a man in an angry voice told the dog to shut up! The lady came to the gate and said “he hasn’t had his morning coffee yet” she appeared to be very nice but unfortunately after hearing the man talk to the dog like that we had to tell her we won’t be leaving ours there. It doesn’t matter to me if it’s their dog or someone else’s if your in the line of work you do not do that. Disappointed!

Such a cute groomers, we had a full groom and our dog looks fabulous! He’s a slightly nervous 10 month old Yorkshire terrier, was very happy when picked up and was well taken care of. Very friendly staff.
