    After having a bad experience with another groomer i phonee this place where i was booked in very quickly, upon arrival i explain that my dogs hair was quite matted and the lady explained they would provably have to cut my dogs hair quite a lot shorter because of this which i was happy with. I received a call after dropping my pup off from Kay to pre warn me about the shortness of my dogs hair which was a lovely though and very reassuring. When i collected my pup i was quite shocked to see him looking so different but i can honestly say they did an excellent job on a very frightened puppy. 4 weeks later and im still thrilled with his cut i will definitely be coming here again. Thank you

    Extremely disappointed with the grooming of our dog.. our dog had a beautiful coat on him and we were shocked to see what Bark in the Park did to him! They shaved him fully our dog looks very different and our children are very upset to see our pet totally shaven. The lady obviously could not be bothered to do her job and just shaved our pet in such a horrible way, she was rude and so uninterested. We will never be going there again and to top it all she charged us more than she initially quoted! Very poor service 👎🏻
