Unfortunately you cannot give 1 star. I brought a washing machine, supposedly fully refurbished, with a 3 month guarantee. Legs are rusted and cannot be adjusted and when it spins it vibrates so much its walking out the door. I arranged 3 times for a repair, no one turned up. I asked for it to be collected and for a refund and no one turned up. My only option now is small claims court. Avoid this company like the plague.

They have very little customer service skills, they often block the road with their vehicals and leave stuff outside when the shop is closed. I have bought stuff from them in the past that has turned out to be faulty. I would not call this place a friendly local business. They are not much cheaper than new either.

Incompetent, and dishonest. I think they may be well intentioned, but these clowns have caused real problems by their utter ineptitude. In my case their failure to honour their collection, went from making a profit, to an emergency collection service costing over £600. Before this they also failed to turn up when promised, didn't update when not being able to make it... and when they promise to call you the next day - forget it. I have used them before, and despite it being comical watching them swear and curse while not being able to install an oven, its not exactly professional.
