This shop is awfal everybody knows it. The only reason the staff member gets away with her behaviour is because she is friends or family with the right person. I've had alm the same experiences other people have described I only go in on an emergency. It's sad she and one or 2 others are allowed to get away with it ! The why is proff of nepotism!

10/10 lovely staff i usually come here before i get the bus to work, they sometimes stare me down but it's understandable since people steal alot from there! Very friendly staff they recenlty hiring a girl with dyed hair and she is very lovely. its a shame people are rude to the works and steal from here.

Waited in the queue for ages to collect parcel… Apparently they couldn’t find my parcel & that Yodel may have collected it even though i only got my email for collection the previous day! Spoke with Yodel & they say the parcel is in store… Went back the following day & staff didn’t even go look & said they have no parcels as all been picked up. 2 members of staff & only me in store & not 1 would go look. Showed them my email & said id spoken to Yodel but they wouldn’t have any of it. Very bad customer service & pretty rude staff!

Really bad service!! Was at the shop yesterday and the card reader was talking ages for payment to go though. She stud their behind counter tapping her foot and huffing. I offered to pay in cash as it would be quicker. As I look the £10 not out of my purse she snatched it off me and then give me wrong change was £3.10 short but was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave so I never did anything. Am never going back !

I never leave bad reviews but wow how rude the staff was today ! The woman serving refused a ladies parcel as ‘she wanted to go home on time’. Kept telling her she shouldn’t have come in 5 mins before closing, shouting at this loudly over the counter in front of the rest of the customers in shop…. Then just shouting loads of un-needed comments to the customer as she walked out. Then she kept having a pop at people walking in, instead is just politely saying they’re closing, she’s kicking up a fus because she wants to go home or “she’ll never get out”. I get it, we all have a life out of work, but people are coming in during opening hours? I’m a manager in hospitality and would never be that rude towards people. Shame you’ve got a Karen working in ur site.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Staff act like they’d rather be sat on death row and they treat customers like they’re inconveniencing them when asking them for assistance in anything that requires them to move. Hilariously ironic to say it’s a convenience store

I had an evri parcel delivered there and when I went to collect today on my lunch was told I could not collect in-between 12pm and 2pm as there is only one member of staff on at that time. So I asked if I could go back at 5.30pm after work as they closed at 8pm and was told that would be fine .Went back and found out they had shut! Rude staff and not very "convenient" as the sign says.
