After a mix up in the item that was sent I was promised a postal refund once I returned the incorrect item. The refund didn’t appear so I emailed a copy of the postal receipt and still no communication five days later! Hoping that someone will get in touch and resolve this. On the positive side when it arrived item was good and a great price.

1st class customer service, after years of wearing bras that were so uncomfortable I decided to try something different, contacted julie at bare necessities she was so understanding of my situation, i instantly felt for the 1st time this lady knew were I was coming from … hallelujah, she advised me to try the prima Donna deauville full cup bra, the 1st size arrived a little neat in the cup, spoke to Julie not a problem - next size sent very promptly next day and it was perfect, I cannot praise Julie and the customer service she provides highly enough it is outstanding, This lady provides the same level of service to her online customers as she does to the customers who visit her shop, a huge thank you Julie you made me feel amazing and I haven’t felt this confident in a long time.
